Hole 12 |
This could be one of the most photographed holes in all of golf. A wide creek splits this hole into a double fairway strategy. The conservative player will opt to hit their tee shot down the left fairway, lay up with a long iron or fairway wood, then pitch over the creek to the green. The golfer who needs a birdie or an eagle will hit to the fairway to the right, trying to avoid the creek and large low maintenance bunker. The green opens up from this angle so that a fairway wood or long iron could be hit into the green for a two putt birdie, or the rare one putt eagle. |
